Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Grant Intelligence Global ("the Service"), operated by Festus Jason ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By using the Service or purchasing any paid access (View Pass, Premium Membership or Learning Monthly subscription), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Grant Intelligence Global aggregates publicly available grant and call-for-proposal information and provides a paid Premium All-Access Pass that unlocks programme officer contacts, application tips, and requirements checklists for listed grants.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam;
  • Infringe any intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Interfere with the security of the Service (malware, probing, mass scraping);
  • Resell, redistribute or republish premium content without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All curated content, software, branding and documentation on the Service remain the property of the Seller. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the Premium All-Access Pass you purchased.

5. Service Level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Grant information is provided for informational purposes; always verify details with the official source linked on each listing.

6. Payment & Subscription Terms

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the payment provider's buyer terms in addition to these Terms.

We offer three paid access options:

  • View Pass — a one-time $5 purchase that unlocks official application links on every grant. No recurring charges.
  • Premium Membership — a one-time $50 purchase granting lifetime access to full eligibility criteria, programme officer contacts, application tips and the requirements checklist on every grant. No recurring charges.
  • Learning Monthly — a $10 per month recurring subscription that unlocks the Learning Hub (guides, templates and checklists). Billed monthly until you cancel. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

If you purchase Premium Membership while subscribed to Learning Monthly, the Learning Monthly subscription is automatically cancelled at period end so you are not double-billed.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Material breach of these Terms;
  • Non-payment or chargeback fraud;
  • Security or fraud risk;
  • Repeated or serious policy violations.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Seller for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Seller's jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
